IAAP offers two professional ratings for the office professionals: The Certified Professional Secretary and Certified Administrative Professional. Both ratings are the industry recognized standards of proficiency. Having the certifications improves your professional qualifications, increases your skills and knowledge, raises your self-esteem, and helps you earn a higher salary.
The exams are administered two times per year. The upcoming dates are May 5, 2012 and November 3, 2012.
